How to choose a PVC cutter

A PVC cutter makes a clean, square, burr-free cut that seats fully into a fitting - the kind of cut a hacksaw rarely gives. Ratchet cutters multiply hand force to shear pipe in stages, while scissor-style cutters are quick on thinner wall and tubing.
