Irritrol 2400 Series 1" Plastic Globe Valve, No Flow Control
This is an Irritrol 1" FPT x FPT plastic globe valve without flow control. It is the economical inline choice for residential and light commercial zones where you set run time at the controller, not at the valve.

Flow control or not
This valve has no flow control. Pick it when the controller already meters the zone and you do not need to throttle flow at the valve itself. If you want to dial flow down at the valve for a low-head or drip zone, choose the flow-control version instead.
Service parts
The solenoid on this valve is the standard R811 coil. If a zone stops opening, the fix is usually the solenoid, not the whole valve. Keep a R811-24VACG replacement solenoid on the truck. Wiring a threaded system? The Irritrol 205T 1" NPT valve shares the same flow and pressure range.
